Creative Behavioral Consultants, Inc. provides Behavior Intervention for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. We offer full training in Applied Behavior Analysis. We have four part-time openings for new clients in Coto de Caza. We do not have FT positions at this time.

Interviews take place virtually via zoom.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience withor passionate aboutworking with children. Therefore, ability to have fun is required!

2. Must be reliable and punctual.

3. Must have reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, and have a good driving record with auto insurance.

4. Ability to multi-task important.

5. Must have very good analytical skills and demonstrate good judgment.

6. Must commit to at least 10-12 months once hired. We do not hire staff for "seasonal" positions, such as winter or summer breaks.

7. Must have a clean record and pass a DOJ and FBI background check (livescan/fingerprint).

QUALITIES NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS AS A BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST:

1. Common Sense.

2. Patience.

3. Be energetic and ability to have fun working with children of all ages.

4. Must work well with others in a structured environment.

5. You must be open to constructive feedback to improve your skill set.

6. Possess stability and consistency.

7. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

8. Be well organized.

9. Quick learner.
