Answer and respond to new potential client inquiries (direct mail, via phone, e-mail, mail, fax).
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Perform follow up calls with clients.
Maintain client records in database.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Intake Manager
