Job Profile:

The UPS Store is a Full Service Retail Business Center. We are at the forefront of premier customer services when it comes to Shipping, Document Print Solutions and Mailbox Services. We are located in downtown Huntington Beach, just two blocks from the pier. We take great pride in providing our specialized services to local businesses, residents and home based business people in our unique and beautiful downtown community. Never work past 6:30pm or Sundays!

The Ideal Candidate will be:

Detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task.

Have previous retail experience with exceptional customer service skills appropriate.

Must be Responsible, Reliable, a Self-starter, have Excellent Communications Skills and present a Professional Image and Attitude.

Proficiency with computers and standard MS Office software are expected.

Responsibilities include:

Exceptional Customer Service related to Retail Sales and Service Operation of Point Of Sale Terminal Manifest packages for domestic and international destinations, Package items for safe shipment Sort and Distribute mail Competent operation of common office business tools such as: Fax, Copier, Digital Camera, Printers Scanners and more. Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Store Associates to join and grow with our team. We are also willing to train qualified persons to fill this position and willing to pay for performance.

Highly desirable skill sets (Not required but offer opportunities for growth and additional pay) and earn additional compensation from base plus commissions:

California Notary Public Commission

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Design software

Previous Quick Print Copy Center Operations

Retail Shipping Center Operations

If you have operational experience in a Retail Shipping Store or if you have Graphic arts experience or if you are a Notary Public, these are all desirable skill sets and will earn a higher starting wage.
