Online/Wholesale Customer service

We are a company that deals with online & wholesale customers. We are seeking an experienced customer service agent full time work. Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm. No weekends.

This position requires the following experience:

-Phone skills (understand & know how to work a phone system-answer multi lines-hold-page-take messages professionally)

-Computer skills (able to work with Mac-email-work with attachments-pdf-excel/numbers-word/pages)

-Customer service experience- able to work with customers-notate-keep organized-follow through until ticket closed.

-Computer programs experience a plus-Shipstation-Zendesk-Shopify-Alexa-QBO

-Able to wear headset for phone and computer

-Able to type notes while working with customer

-Able to file-Orders alpha in file folders

-Able to keep to schedule and timelines

-Able to work with others-Team player

-Skateboarding or sporting goods knowledge a plus
