Our team of certified kitchen designers, general contractors, engineers, project managers, in-house factory craftsmen, and installers along with our state of the art machinery make us an efficient one-stop shop.

Job Description:

We're looking for a professional, energetic, willing to learn & a tech-savvy individual who has knowledge in the residential construction field, to act as a customer service rep assisting our high end clients.

You will be reporting directly to our operation manager about the status of the project, making sure if there are any issues that need to be resolved and be a great communicator.

You're in charge of making sure if there are any concerns or issues arise with our clients to relay to our back-office team & operations in order to resolve and make sure the projects go smoothly and keep our clients happy with the level of service & satisfaction we thrive to accomplish.

Provide customer service to all of our clients and relay any concerns and issues to the backoffice.

Work with Design Team and Back office team to provide the best service to our clients and assist where it’s needed

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills are required

3 years plus of customer service

Must be extremely organized and have the ability to process extensive amounts of information quickly and efficiently.

Ability to work most weekends and holidays as needed

Good driving record is required with Clean background.

Having a background in constructions & remodeling and Interior design is a big plus.

College Degree is a Big Plus.

Techy savvy:

o Above average typing skills

o Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word)

o Familiar with iPad & Smartphones

o Utilize all the apps & Google Apps, YouTube, Gmail Etc.

o Fun and outgoing personality, high energy is a key.

Willing to learn new things

Compensation: Excellent compensation package (Hourly + Bonuses (Varies))
