We are a Property Management company, managing over 130 manufactured home communities throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Our Corporate office is located in Yorba Linda, CA. We currently have an opening for an Assistant Property Manager that will be handling many tasks. This assistant will work directly with the Regional Property Manager with the goal of becoming a Regional Property Manager themselves.
Job Duties:
Creates and distributes all correspondence as directed by the Property Manager (letters, notices, forms, etc.)
Responds to incoming calls from residents, on-site managers, vendors, clients as necessary
Reports back to Property Manager on the handling of all property issues and concerns
Completes ongoing projects and objectives as directed by the Property Manager, Office Manager, or Principals of the company
Reviews and produces reports for each property when required
May direct and train on-site managers and various property employees on procedures
Maintains and organizes files for all properties as necessary
Responds to all incoming calls from on-site managers, vendors, and Property Owners as needed for the Rent Manager Program.
Undertakes special projects and tasks as requested by Office Manager, Property Managers or Principals.
Reports back to Property Manager and Office Manager on the handling and follow through of all park issues, dealing with customers, vendors and employees alike, are to be conducted with the highest level of courtesy, respect, integrity and safety.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Must be detail oriented and be able to problem solve
Proficient in basic mathematics and proficient in English language/grammar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Customer Service, Office experience, and/or property management experience a plus!
