Agents must be able to:

Handle all calls from potential customers promptly & professionally

Learn & provide accurate information about our products and services

assist in the sales process by authorizing customers vehicles as eligible for coverage, & verifying the deal after the sale to ensure sales agent & company compliance

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Forest, CA.

WE WILL TRAIN YOU

CATERED LUNCH EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

POTENTIAL ROOM FOR GROWTH WITHIN THE COMPANY

Compensation: Hourly, paid Weekly

Employment type: FULL TIME, 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm

We are looking for highly motivated agents to grow with us.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work Full Time (40 hrs./week)

-Inside Customer Service skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent problem-solving skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

-Bilingual is a PLUSSSSSSS (Spanish )
