Overview:

The Verification/Compliance Specialist will analyze complaint data in support of agent complaint activity, corrective actions, training opportunities, and feedback to management for agent improvement and innovation. They will also verify customer information to ensure all necessary fields are filled out and are correct in accordance to what their service agent has relayed to them.

Key Responsibilities:

The position is a role that requires the use of independent judgment and decision-making skills as well as educated expertise to maintain compliance of the regulatory requirements of their assigned properties. Compliance Specialist works under general supervision of the Department Manager. This role is responsible for identifying appropriate complaint data, summarize and analyze in real time as well as auditing stored data and sales. Analyzing data to ensure integrity, recognize and analyze trends, anomalies or areas of adjustment. Troubleshoot discrepancies and delegate to the appropriate personnel for correction. Contribute to continuous process improvement in report analysis and trending methods. Providing management with real-time feedback and of immediate actions to be taken when appropriate. Identify sales opportunities and have the ability to upsell on products during the verification process.

Required Qualifications:

Auto warranty/call center (1 year minimum preferred)

Compliance/Verification related experience

Some sales experience

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to obtain, coordinate and integrate feedback and directions from agents calls into a written product.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, decision-making and creative solving skills.

Previous leadership experience, providing guidance, mentoring and direction to direct reports, and to cross-functional teams, including senior leadership teams.

Proven success at developing employees, growing and managing dynamic teams and measuring employee and team contributions in achieving compliance initiatives.

Experience and thorough understanding of excel, Vici based platforms, forte, and basic computer functions

Must be detail oriented

Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented

Reliable transportation

Compensation:

Starting Comp is 16 / hour + commissionable opportunities, but may vary based on experience; Performance may also be evaluated in 90-days for a potential pay raise.
