An artful living and crafting ecommerce company and magazines publisher is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Assistant. The position is responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to customer service relations focusing in the wholesale side of the business. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for potential career advancement with a growing company.

Job Description:

- Daily order processing of sales orders from phone, web, and mail.

- Answering customer questions regarding product and order status.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships by phone and/or email follow-ups while keeping accurate customer information.

- Entry level accounting for daily cash and check batches would also be a plus.

Qualifications:

- Must have 3-4 years of customer service or retail experience. Phone sales experience.

- Computer/PC literate with working knowledge with MS Office, computer software (quickbooks), and internet proficiency.

- Typing speed of 55 wpm

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have pleasant and persuasive telephone manners and interpersonal skills

- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks

- Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment, i.e., new procedures and processes.

- Team player, ability to share and communicate ideas and information with peers

This is a Full-time, hourly position, Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Candidates must live in the Orange County area. Please submit resume to be considered.
