A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD

As our Customer Service Lead, you are the front line and outward voice of the company. First and foremost, we are a customer-centric organization. We treat our customers like they are our friends and we are eager to please them. There is a lot of communication; from emails and calls with customers checking stock and order status to technical questions about product performance. You will become an expert in our products and industry over time.

You are the leader that our team depends on, you will work with others in researching customers' questions and concerns. You will supervise an order entry person whose work you will check for accuracy. Occasionally we have walk-in customers who will need your assistance. Our team members appreciate that they can depend on you when they have questions or need your help. You will play an important part in helping us complete jobs properly and efficiently. You love the satisfaction that you get out of keeping everything in order and enjoy being part of the team!

QUALIFICATIONS

College Degree

Previous customer service experience

Microsoft Office Suite Skills

Ability to work full time during business hours

Ability to pass a background and drug test

Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Excellent communication skills
