We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a construction and lumber company in Anaheim.

Daily Duties will include:

- Matching invoices with Purchase orders and packing slips

- Verify Pricing and quantity billed

- Research, track, and resolve invoice pricing issues with sales and vendors

- Invoice entry 1,300-2,000 + per month

- Distribute invoices and mail

- Record daily batch log

- Update batches

- Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices

- Review statements to ensure proper payments to vendors

- Work with other departments to ensure their A/P needs are met

- Assist others as needed

- Computer skills-Outlook-Word-Excel

- 10-Key

8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hr lunch

$18.00 per hour DOE

Some OT required but authorized as needed
