We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for bookkeeping and a strong background in high-volume accounts receivable (A/R). You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our business and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

-Oversee high-volume Accounts Receivable (A/R), including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.

-Process accounts payable (A/P), ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

-Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

-Manage payroll processing and related reporting requirements.

-Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.

-Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:

-3-5 years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience, with a focus on high-volume A/R.

-Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in payroll processing and general HR-related accounting is a plus.
