ACCOUNTANT

We are a manufacturing and distribution company based in Anaheim and operating businesses located throughout the US. We are looking for an accomplished accountant who can perform the following duties:

1. Monthly financial reports

2. Reconcile intercompany accounts between several entities

3. Balance Sheet account analysis

4. Month end journal entries, period end accruals and adjustments

5. Month end close of ERP system

6. Assist A/P and A/R depts. with GL entries and account distribution

7. Update and maintain fixed asset register.

8. Other projects as required

Preferred Qualifications and experience:

Accounting degree or related academic achievement

Proficiency at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Familiarity with ERP systems

Experience suited to performing the job responsibilities
