This position for a short-term temporary-to-full-time Billing Clerk is based in the Ontario, California area.Your responsibilities in this role

Establish financial controls and procedures

Investigate, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary

Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Command of TruckMate TMS

Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Excellent communication and organizational skills
