IT Project Manager Local to Northern or Southern CA Apex Systems is looking for qualified candidates to join a contract opportunity with one of our largest healthcare clients! Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in related field Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Planning and tracking of projects so that time and resources are focused on key areas; ability to plan and meet timelines
  • Identifies and resolves issues, risks
  • Analyzes complex work processes, considers program interdependencies
  • Coordinates the collection and validation of business requirements
  • Interact closely with subject matter experts and business partners
  • Meeting facilitation
Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:
  • Experience with Cut Over/deployments, Site Implementations, Workforce Management.
  • NOT a Data Center Move
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter, take ownership and get it done
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Project Management Experience
  • Team player with strong inter-personal, negotiation, and communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required):
  • Previous work at Kaiser
  • PMP Certification
  • Hospital staffing and scheduling experience
  • Labor/Management Partnership environment
