Our client,

a leading financial services provider, is hiring for

Escrow Receptionist to join their team in

Oakland, California. This person will work to support the Escrow office by answering phones, greeting customers, placing calls and other clerical duties to assist in completing escrow transactions.

This is a 6-month contract to hire

Not open to C2C

Responsibilities

  • Calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume)
  • Read and interpret documents
  • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Respond promptly to customers' needs
  • Use time effectively

Work Required Skills & Experience

  • Open minded and professional

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

The Offer:

  • Up to $20/hr, DOE

  • Contract: 6 months
