We're hiring 3 Program Coordinators to oversee COVID-19 testing sites at K-12 schools in the Oakland, CA area. Coordinators will be responsible for multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have RN or LPN training, but open to other healthcare backgrounds as well. This is a 6-month contract. Most duties can be performed remotely with an occasional presence onsite required. Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.

Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and coordination of COVID Testing Program
  • Ensure implementation of State Protocols
  • Monitor project budget and track expenditures/transactions
  • Handle the project related administration
  • Manage communications through media relations
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Keep all members of the team up to date with relevant Pooled Testing Program information
  • Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
  • Prepare paperwork and order material
  • Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
  • Support growth and program development
  • Create presentations, summaries, and helping materials to ensure better communication and company-wide understanding of the Pooled Testing Program.
Requirements:
  • Healthcare background as a RN or LPN ideally. Open to other backgrounds.
  • Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Previous working experience working with Public School systems a plus.
  • Community organizer or project coordinator experience of +3 years ideal
  • Good knowledge of program management and development procedures
  • Hands on experience in record keeping and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Attention to details
  • Proactive problem solving
