• Understands roles and responsibilities
• Communication Expenses
• Charge Backs and Reimbursement
• Developed Project Plans
• User Acceptance Testing Requirements for CLM systems
• Experience in Call Accounting Software
• Asset Management of Telephony Resources
• Preferably with Experience in Calero VeraSMART Systems
