Duties:

•The Marketing program manager is part of the Consumer Group (CG) Marketing Go to Market Ops and Tech team and will be focused on managing the Mint Program which includes DR (direct response), Web channel and driving Mint work streams within CG strategic priorities, and owning year-round operational mechanisms to strategically plan, organize and provide visibility to the work that falls within the Mint program.

Skills: •As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating across marketing teams working with strategy, research, creative, web, analytics, operations and advertising. You are always looking ahead to identify critical dependencies, plan for risks and potential issues that may impact the program goals, and remove barriers that may prevent agility and the ability to deliver on time. The ability to guide the team in driving critical decisions such as prioritization and trade offs is required. With a seasonal business, your role will evolve over the course of the year and tax season, offering exposure to many aspects of the Mint business, and lots of opportunity for growth and development.Education: 8+ years in a project/program management role, facilitating scope, budget, resourcing, communications 3+ years managing advertising campaigns/projects, or otherwise deeply involved in cross-channel marketing campaigns or marketing technology Understand the workings of marketing technology and data enablement and the services it enables
