Program Manager III

Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager III

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA/MA/MS preferred.
• 5 years' experience working in operations, program management, or relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Consumer electronics preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese a plus) .
• Direct program management experience, leading cross-functional project teams.
• Quickly learn and build expertise in new processes to manage and drive efficiency improvements across.
• Nest and its partners.
• Must work well under deadline pressure and adhere to aggressive SLAs Ability to multitask, while maintaining focus on goals set by Nest senior leadership Communicates honestly and openly, working well in a team dynamic and always being open to feedback

• Detail oriented, strong communicator, organized, thrives in ambiguity, and excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who recognizes where processes can be improved and initiates action to improve them
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives; ability to balance multiple projects with aggressive timelines simultaneously Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering and strategic decision making
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and intellectual flexibility
• Natural leader with the ability to motivate and lead teams directly and indirectly
• Experience with defining programs and portfolios.
• 2-4 years NPI product launch experience launching high-profile products/services
• 1-2 years' experience building best in class C-suite communications and assets
• Familiarity with one or more of the following industries: Security/Media/Entertainment/Consumer Hardware/Electronics
