- 10 + Years of experience in managing SAP delivery – ( SCM ( eCommerce and Service) or logistics related projects preferred)
- Very complex project environment (number of functions, teams, locations, time zones, dependencies, change impact, multi project)
- Senior Project Manager / Program manager – experience with leading SAP transformation projects/programs – beyond IT
- Experienced with managing senior business stakeholders
- Experienced with leading SAP deployments – including change management, communication
- Development of missing capabilities (Design, Build, Test IT/processes/data) + Deployment of capabilities in all markets (UAT, change management, training, data cleaning/migration, cutover, hyper care)
- Experienced in managing teams and dependencies which or not under own direct control
- Effective decision making skills – especially for multi-disciplinary or in case of conflicting views
- People management and communication skills to build one, effective team
- Hands-on and pragmatic
- Data/fact based daily management style
