Location: Mountain View, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager I
Title: Program Manager I Duration: 12+ months (Extendable) Location : Mountain View, CA (remote till Covid19) Project Overview: Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Assist in process improvement redesign and develop a plan to operationalize new process; develop process maps, SOPs, support documentation to communicate changes to the process; manage the day to day to ensure proper process execution Assist with rolling out new products and features to the remote onboarding; develop content (comms, process documentation, SOPs, training material, FAQ), track production metrics and deliverables Perform data analysis to identify root causes of problem areas, assist with building business cases for new projects, and formulating scope Help shift process changes to our 3rd party vendor company to execute and ensure operational readiness Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Minimum Requirements: 4 year bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience working in a program management role Deep interest and experience in operations & high touch customer service in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency Desired Preferred Experience: Six Sigma Certification, PMP or other project management certificates Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on empathy, proactivity and resolution. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
