TITLE: Post-Silicon Hardware Validation Engineer 8 months Work Location: Mountain View, CA Description/Comment:JD: Post-Silicon Hardware Validation Engineer for working on silicon power characterization System level understanding of power management flows at the hardware, firmware, and driver levels, understanding of hardware power management such as P-states and C-states Analysis of power measurement results versus pre-silicon expectations and drive resolution of issues and optimizations Develop validation scripts using platform hooks Use lab equipment for measurement and characterization, while writing software to automate and increase the speed of data collection Familiarity with CPU architecture System level and/or SOC power validation experience Experience with lab environment and measurement tools Coding experience (Python or C) Experience with Automating Lab related task.Qualifications BSC degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Track record of practical problem solving and documentation skills Excellent communication and/or interaction skills
