RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Program Manager IV in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities: The creator and driver for the Go To Market strategy and execution plan for new world class billing system, coordinating work across multiple teams Customer migration from legacy billing systems to new billing systems Coordinating across functional teams for alignment and building a migration plan Working closely with the engineering organizations to ensure timing, testing, and dependencies are all on track Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive Partner with cross-functional Business and Technology teams to drive program roadmaps involving multiple contributing teams and showing plans for all phases of planning, implementation, and production readiness and support Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues that need action and drive appropriate decisions and actions Communicate results clearly and in actionable form Identify short and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise: see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation Identify potential process improvements and effective implementation of these changes

REQUIREMENTS: Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading enterprise system migrations, specifically focused on the Go To Market aspects coordinating with Marketing, Care and Sales Experience with large legacy system data migration efforts Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations Previous large-scale data migration is strongly preferred
