Log and relay all on-site issues to our operations and engineering teams.Understand and optimize customer/site workflows and ensure our product satisfies customer's use cases and workflows.Conduct Acceptance Testing with the customer.Requirements:(BS/MS) Bachelor or Master of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.3+ years of professional experience with Python, Javascript (ES6), or C (or Java).Great interpersonal communication skills.Previous experience working with customers.Experience with networking.Familiar with Wireshark, Tcpdump, and Linux tools (ss, netcat, etc)Knows how to work with TCP and UDP protocolsExperience configuring Linux network devices and interfacesStrong Linux background.PreferredPrevious experience deploying and integrating software at customer sites.Experience with electronics/hardware.Experience in automotive or robotics.5-7 years of experience with C, Python, and JS.Experience with streaming multimedia (video, audio, data).Familiarity with containers (Docker / Kubernetes).Experience with Unix sockets.Experience with WebSockets.Interested in hearing more?
