o Installing, repairing and demo of multiple surfaces. Cement work, basic plumbing, and basic electric. Must be able to operate a forklift and tractor. 3-5 years experience in carpentry.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
o Repair doors
o Hang/install new doors and hardware
o Repair walls
o Framing
o Fence work
o Forming for cement and pouring foundation
o Finish work and trim work
o Stucco patch and repair
o Demo walls, floors, sidewalks, slabs, etc.
o Window repair and installation
o Installing new bathtubs and surround
o Installing bathroom and kitchen cabinet’s
o Painting and hanging drywall with texturing
o Repair interior and exterior walls including siding and stucco
MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!
Must hold a valid drivers license and be able to pass drug testing.
