The Project Manager will report to the CEO.

Job Summary

The Project Manager manages key client projects and develops strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Projects being managed are cloud based software implementation and software development projects with an emphasis using Zoho (preferred qualification, not required). This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager has the following responsibilities and duties:

Assist in the definition of project scope and objective

Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Education and Experience

The Project Manager should have the following education and experience:

3-5 years experience preferred

Proven work experience as a project manager preferred

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) or other software sales/implementation

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
