The service team provides guests with an elevated and efficient style of service in a beautiful atmosphere to experience exceptional coffee, Central Coast beer and wines, and house-made lunch offerings.

COAST | Retail Boutique features hand-selected wares and home décor showcasing local artisans and those we love from afar.

COAST | Events Team curate a range of experiences outside of the day to day business operations. Intimate private dinners, community suppers, brunches, and wedding receptions are a few of our favorite events to host. Event staff are passionate about providing genuine hospitality, ensuring event guests are taken care of. Event staff are poised, take direction and are actively operating within their role and responsibilities pertaining to the specific needs for every event.

Event Staff

Barista and café staff operate with a professional, welcoming, and hospitable demeanor. Candidates must have barista experience, a love for quality ingredients, maintain a high standard for their role/responsibilities in preparing menu offerings, and are consistent in paying close attention to details. We will provide comprehensive training and inexperienced candidates will be taken into consideration if there is an eagerness and willingness to learn. Our ideal candidates take initiative to genuinely engage with guests, providing unwritten details about our menus and offerings. Confidence and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced environment is key to the experience Coast aims to create for its guests.

Event staff candidates are experts in creating memorable experiences for private events. From set up to break down, event staff work efficiently and professionally with the kitchen staff, event lead server and event coordinator to curate unforgettable experiences. Coast is fortunate to have outdoor venue space to utilize while Monterey County mandates prohibit the use of indoor space. Our event policies and procedures for staff and attending guests are in accordance with local and state mandates. We are adhering to local, State and CDC guidelines to mitigate the spread of the Corona Virus.
