Bookkeeper

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and organized bookkeeper. This person must be personable, professional, and have extensive knowledge and experience with bookkeeping and accounting programs.

Requirements:

Prepare checks and deposits

Reconcile monthly bank and credit card activity

Download and input credit card transactions

Download and input bank account transactions

Input transactions for tax return preparation purposes

Facilitate AP cycle

Prepare W-2 and 1099 filings

Process monthly reports (P/L, balance sheets, etc.)

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

2-4 years of bookkeeping experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

To be determined based upon experience
