- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Minimum 2 years+ help desk support experience in a Microsoft/Windows environment. Mac OS experience is a plus.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Products/O365 and especially Outlook.
- Experience setting up and supporting mobile devices
- Retail experience and/or Point of Sale (POS) equipment experience a plus.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service aptitude
