Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member

Compensation: $18 per hour plus bonuses, profit sharing, and 2 weeks Paid Time Off

We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose.

Join our growing Team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $18/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-24/hr.

Requirements:

Team Player

Valid Drivers License

Smartphone

Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor

1-2 Year of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (Preferred)

Sprinkler Irrigation Experience a Huge Plus!
