Immediate Full-Time position available for Pallet Yard Supervisor

By hiring talented, positive people with a strong work ethic. We currently have a position for a Full-Time Yard Supervisor. This position is an outside position in a sometimes-challenging climate. This individual must have prior management experience. You must be able to direct, organize and hold accountable twenty to thirty individuals. This will be done under the direct supervision of the Yard Manager. Knowledge of the pallet industry i.e. sizes and classifications, a plus, but not required. Must have the desire to work, learn and grow in a fast-paced atmosphere. This individual must also be able to effectively understand and communicate with office personnel, other supervisors as well as the staff, and must be bilingual. Must have reliable transportation.

Conocimiento de la industria de paletas, es decir, tamaños y clasificaciones, una ventaja, pero no es obligatorio. Debe tener el deseo de trabajar, aprender y crecer en un ambiente acelerado. Esta persona también debe poder comprender y comunicarse eficazmente con el personal de la oficina, otros supervisores y el personal, y debe ser bilingüe. Debe tener transporte confiable.
