Powder Coating Technician

Looking for an experienced powder coater to join our team. 2 years minimum experience required. Dependability is a must. Required to work around powder tools, heating elements and gas lines safely in a manufacturing warehouse. Must have your own transportation and be punctual. Requires standing for an 8 hour shift and lift +50lbs. Be a problem solver and have the ability to prioritize jobs when needed. Able to wear necessary PPE including a respirator.

Daily tasks not limited to;

Preparation and hanging of all materials including washing, taping, plugging, sanding, etc.

Ensuring accurate coverage of all materials being powder coated.

Placing items in the powder coat oven to be cured for appropriate time and temperature.

Cleaning and maintaining powder coat application equipment daily.
