This is a union position with IBEW Local 1245.

This is a Saturday to Monday position - 6:00 am- 6:00 pm

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

● Good communication skills.

● Knowledge of how to use various tools

● Ability to work at heights

● Knowledge of measurement systems; asset

● Positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.

● Good physical condition

● Able to work under pressure

● Punctual and reliable

Willing to train candidates with good mechanical aptitude.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written

instructions

● Work with other assemblers to create a final product.

● Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry

● Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures

● Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise

● Maintain a safe and organized work area

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● High School Diploma or GED

● Attention to detail
