Legal Receptionist

Seeking full-time bilingual (English and Spanish) receptionist for a busy law office in downtown Modesto.

Candidate should be able to:

- answer multi-line phone system

- take messages

- do intakes

- translate for attorneys and legal assistants

-open and distribute mail

-scan and fax documents

- send mailings

- greet clients in professional demeanor

-willing to learn new things

-perform other overflow clerical/receptionist type tasks, as needed

-positive, pleasant attitude

-be punctual and reliable

-deadline and detail oriented
