Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant/Telemedicine Clinic

Successful and established medical practice seeking an energetic, caring, detailed oriented, and efficient front desk medical receptionist or medical assistant who enjoys triaging patients by phone to join our team.

We are seeking a supportive team member with excellent communication skills with the ability to convey our caring culture and medical excellence to our patients.

Must enjoy a fast-paced office environment with the ability to multi-tasking with great time management skills. Since we are currently mostly practicing telemedicine due to COVID, must enjoy heavy phone work, returning high volumes of phone calls to relay medical information to the patients in a timely manner, processing RX refill requests to the pharmacies, returning patients phone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming telemedicine appointments, collecting copays and unmet deductible by phone prior to provision of services, have an excellent and highly courteous telephone demeanor, returning email messages from patients, accuracy in data entry.

If you are applying for the MA position, medical assisting experience with phlebotomy experience or LVN experience a huge plus.

Sales/ retail experience a huge plus since we believe that the medical field is a service industry and customer service and customer satisfaction is integral to our success.

Experience with insurance and understanding of basic medical billing knowledge is highly desirable.

This can be either a full-time position or 2 part-time positions.
