job summary:

The AV Technician will be the go- to resource on-site for hands on AV technical support. While the role involves primarily troubleshooting and configuration, the successful candidate will be a polished, strong commincator who can interface frequently with internal employees and external vendors. The technical requirements include:

-Proficiency with Microsoft Teams including Microsoft Teams Rooms

-Experience with Logitech hardware

-Familiarity with Crestron Flex Video (Crestron programming is a big plus)

The ideal candidate will be mid to senior level in professional experience (5+ years) who are physically able to lift about 30 lbs. This is a fully on- site position that is expected to be a long- term engagement.
