Administrative Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience.

We are hiring a part-time administrative assistant to support our Ukiah and Santa Rosa offices. To start, estimated hours are 5 hours a day (25 hours a week), with potential for increasing hours. The main location for this position is Ukiah, with frequent travel to North Santa Rosa. Candidate must have a clean driving record and able to drive a company car.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of office experience and is able and comfortable with working autonomously and with remote teams. DutiesProvide clerical support to staff and clients aligned with firm procedures and processesOffice cleanliness and sanitation per our COVID-19 Protection PlanAnswer a multi-line phone system and route callsManage various staff and organizational calendarsMail sorting, routing, and deliveringSystematically and thoughtfully manage various errands to be efficientPrint, bind, and deliver professional documentsCoordination activities for conferences, meeting, and eventsFollow budget and approval process for purchasesFollow an organized filing process for electronic and paper documentsLearn and maintain knowledge of appropriate practice/industry groups and client/project history in order to provide superior client supportExperience and Education 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary or in another customer service position in an office Experience with answering phones and routing calls is preferred High school diploma or GEDSkills and KnowledgeStrong interpersonal skillsComfortable using computers, online browsers, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)General knowledge of shipping methods (FedEX, UPS, UPSP)Strong customer service skillsAbility to solve multidimensional problems and handle a wide variety of challengesReading comprehension with ability to communicate research to other team membersAbility to work autonomously and with remote teamsWorking Conditions and Physical Demands
