Executive Assistant/ Office Manager

Well established, integrated and expanding cannabis company is establishing a new office in the Ukiah area.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Provide support to executive owner on various tasks (scheduling meetings, managing calendars)
-Arrange and prioritize responsibilities and appointments associated with daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal activity
-Act as the point of contact among employees, City/County/State officials, and company affiliates
-Coordinate and support the owner's communication with staff and outside affiliates
-Oversee the day to day operations of the office
-Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical document files
-Distribute company related mail
-Receive and screen emails, phone calls, and visitors
-Assist with tracking and management of company projects
-Make travel arrangements
-Proofread and edit documents
-Assist in auditing and maintaining regulatory compliance standards
-Assist in hiring of additional staff for field, office, and technical departments
Skills and Qualifications:
-Must value company-wide workplace culture (we are a triple bottom line company)
-Must be able to conduct business in a professional manner and maintain confidentialities
-Strong office management skills
-Knowledge of calendaring practices
-Attention to detail, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
-High proficiency with information organizational and sharing platforms (Microsoft Office, Excel, Drive, Dropbox, Asana, T Sheets, etc.)
-Presentation skills
-Good judgement, strong critical thinking skills, motivated and willing to take ownership and control of projects
-Flexible availability for work and travel
Desired education and experience:
-Three years or more of relevant experience in office management
-Bachelor's degree
-Familiarity with cannabis industry and related regulation
