A Front Desk Associate is responsible for ensuring that all functions of the hotel's front desk are completed accurately and efficiently, including management of the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance issues. The individual in this position will report to the Assistant Hotel Manager in the absence of the Hotel Manager. The Front Desk Associate will assist in the supervision of all related operations of the hotel.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

1. Must be gracious, organized, patient, motivated, confident, flexible and a hardworking multi-tasker. Able to work well under pressure.

2. Experience with property/hotel management systems preferred.

3. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc are a must.

4. Able to handle any guest complaints/issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and diplomatic manner.

5. Must be able and willing to learn and perform housekeeping duties during training. Please note that all our associates are able to perform multiple roles when needed.

Education & experience required:

Three (3) years experience in hospitality related industry and/or degree or coursework in Hospitality Management preferred but not required.

Higher starting wage is negotiable based on skills and experience.
