Vocality Community Credit Union is now accepting applications for an engaging individual to handle a variety of customer service calls in a prompt and courteous manner: conduct a wide variety of financial transactions, resolve questions and problems regarding accounts, payment products and services. Other duties include completing and maintaining related reports and records and other support functions within the Service Center. Bilingual is highly preferred.
