What You Will Be Creating:In this role, you will be responsible for managing the programming for apps, as well as creating original assets, designs, campaigns, web, and mobile content to drive consumer engagement. This entails designing the creative looks and platform builds for new promotions, marketing initiatives, sweepstakes, digital art, downloadable content and much more. Your campaign creative and graphics will also be leveraged for use across the marketing channels to create a cohesive campaign look and feel.

You will: Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, user design team and project manager to create content that perfectly aligns with the goals of any given initiative Be a thought partner by creating visuals for presentations our business team will pitch to partners, stakeholders and creatives Free-hand/create concept art around potential marketing initiatives or digital activations Create content that fans can engage with on social media, within the app/website, on partner sites/apps and other digital marketing platforms Use our Content Management System to manage the programming for our website & apps, including loading images, text, video and tagging Continue to evolve & replace the content and capabilities on our site and mobile apps to give our fans a reason to join our program and to keep coming back Find creative ways to leverage what we have (rewards, marketing assets, our franchises, disney history) and create new content/engagement opportunities

Description/Comment:At a minimum we're looking for the following in a candidate:5+ years in a creative agency, in-house or start-up, or related experience. Experience producing content for consumer facing websites or apps Proficiency in a few of the following Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) After Effects and 3D, sketch, video editing Someone who can take a concept and create a visual from scratch whether that's storyboards, freehand, concept art, mood boards, motion graphics etc. Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts clearly through visuals across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. Comfortable juggling and prioritizing multiple projects at once. Basic knowledge of HTML (CSS a plus) Experience working with tight deadlines and very visible high pressure product launches Familiarity with e-commerce, loyalty programs, digital marketing, entertainment AND DISNEY is a plus! Team player and thinks with a consumer first mentality Open to all ideas, not afraid to take risks

Additional Information Experience producing content for consumer facing websites or apps Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) Basic knowledge and ability to write HTML Familiar with stylesheets (CSS) and how style is applied to render HTMLFamiliarity with how to construct well laid-out web pages (bullet points, images, thumbnails, captions, FAQs etc)Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel etc. a plusPhotoshop, illustrator, sketch, video editing skills a bonus
