Musical Electronics Repair Technician

Very busy electronic musical instrument repair shop in Los Angeles is looking for a Full-Time repair technician. We provide service and repair for a wide variety of professional audio and electronic musical instruments such as but not limited to amplifiers, mixers, speakers, DJ equipment, keyboards, interfaces etc. from different eras.

Requirements:

Must be able to read schematics, data sheets etc.

Must be comfortable working autonomously with little to no supervision in a performance based environment.

Must have strong attention to detail and direct experience repairing audio equipment at the component level.

Must have experience with basic electronic test equipment. DVM, Oscilloscope, etc.

Must be willing to learn and embrace new skills and new technologies.

- Compensation is Hourly plus commission.

- Full Time, Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm

(Not looking for Live Sound/Recording Engineer operational tech. Looking for hands-on, component level repair tech)
