Job Description :

Legacy Millworks is a growing custom and production cabinet company that serves all of southern california. We custom build/finish/install all of our own cabinets and products.

Cabinet Installation Manager / Field Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Field Manager-Cabinets is to manage cabinet trades on job sites during construction, tracking and managing materials, insuring quality installations, and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand cabinet materials as well as how materials are measured and installed

Manage cabinet installers on construction sites

Supervise installations and manage material during installations

Quality control of all cabinet installations.

Train new installers and apprentices to our company installation procedures

Coordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractors

Assist in warranty resolution in completed homes

Any other field duties as assigned

Our candidate applying for this position must meet the following requirements:

· Minimum 10 years’ experience installing European cabinetry

· Skilled managerial experience in the construction field

· Expert at reading architectural plans and shop drawings

· Seasoned at job scheduling, client and contractor logistics, and construction outlooks

· Computer/technology proficient with strong organization

· Very high attention to detail, organization, and time management

· Effective communication skills with installers, builders, and homeowners

· Professional demeanor and appearance

Job responsibilities but not limited to:

· Working with our factory for all project materials and cabinets for delivery

· Oversee installers across multiple jobs daily

· Take field measurements for project managers before final engineering and production

· Keep track of all tools, materials, products, cabinets for every job efficiently

· Quality walk through process and punch out completion

· Schedule and set up service/warranty calls and quickly resolve issues with detailed notes

Some installation will be required during busy seasons.

Must have own tools and transportation with Valid Drivers License.
