Responsibilities:

-Accomplishing company objectives.

-Supervising guards and organizing workflow.

-Monitoring Guards productivity and training.

-Setting goals for each guard performance.

-Ensuring compliance with legal and company policies and procedures.

-Relaying information on a timely manner.

-Handling clients' issues at all job sites, to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Assisting in the hiring and firing of guards.

-Excellent communication skills, writing and emails.

-Good conflict resolution abilities to improve productivity.

-Strong leadership skills to be supportive and motivating to guards at each job site.

-Good interpersonal skills to establish good relationships at all job sites.

-Ability to recognize diversity issues in the workplace.

-Ability to solve problems effectively using suitable solutions.

-Must have organizational skills for daily activity.

Qualifications:

5 Year Experience as a Security guard

Security Guard License (Required)

Must Pass Drug Test (Required)

Valid Driver License(Required)

CPR Certified is a plus

Background Check

Hours: Varies

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
