Resident Manager for Deluxe Apartment Building

We are filling the position of Resident Manager for a 62 unit deluxe apartment building in Encino in a great location close to restaurants, shops and more.

Duties include:

handling all tenant matters,

schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders,

performing building walks,

leasing, including marketing vacancies online, showing units, following up with applicants, and coordinating Tenant move ins.

managing turnover of vacancies,

enforcing rules and regulations, etc.

Requirements include over 5 years local experience in a building over 40 units and good communication and organizational skills.
