FULL-TIME PROPERTY SUPERVISOR WANTED

Established property management company with 30 years history located in Alhambra with a diverse portfolio of apartments, HOAs, commercial and retail buildings. We are currently seeking experienced Property Supervisors to supervise a mixed portfolio of HOA, retail, and mostly multifamily communities. The portfolio is about 400 units and 30-40 locations in LA County.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

- Ideal candidates have experience managing portfolio of various types of properties - APARTMENTS, HOAs, AND COMMERCIAL;

- Possess strong communication skills, relationship building and conflict resolution skills;

- Property management software experience, i.e. AppFolio or Yardi;

- Building maintenance management knowledge;

- Must be motivated and a self-starter;

- Proactive, lean-forward attitude and the ability to multi-task;

- Organized with attention to detail;

Position: Full-time
