Dispatch Company is seeking for Dispatchers

Duties for the positions include: Dispatch workers, Crews, Relay work orders and messages, Address questions and problems with customers/ technicians, payment and other duties as needed.

What you'll do in the position:

. Making Sure our Technicians are on track to success

. Dispatching Appropriate Jobs to the Appropriate Technician

. Calling the customer and letting them know the time frame the tech will be there

. Follow up and rescheduling

. Ability to Preform Under Pressure

. Critical Thinking Skills

. Excellent relationship building skills with our field

Education, training, experience:

-Reading Comprehension Skills

-Computer Skills (Typing)

-Dependable, Punctual, Team Player

We open on 7 days a week.

Have to be available to work MORNING, NOON & EVENING SHIFTS
