A Los Angeles based Laser Machine Distribution Company in search of a sharp, intelligent, attentive, proactive, fast-learner team player to provide administrative support to the CEO.
Areas of support include Customer Service/Account Management, Office duties and mainly help with phone correspondence.
Qualifications and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Inventory management (Excel)
Highly-organized and detail-oriented
Minimum of 1-year work experience in the field
Digital marketing experience
Discretion and confidentiality
Manage incoming/outgoing daily correspondence (email, phone, memos, etc.)
Generate reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Handle all administrative tasks and responsibilities
Assist the customer service department when needed (answering phone calls, processing orders)
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and arrive to work on time
