Firm seeks a Litigation Office Administrator with a 4-year college degree (not currently in school, must have graduated already). Attention to detail, quick and accurate typing, mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and PCs, and interpersonal skills are a must. We work in a collegial office environment and seek a personable new assistant with a sense of humor, but who is also very flexible, professional, punctual, and reliable.
The successful candidate will exhibit a professional and mature attitude regarding confidential information, have reliability, high attention to detail, excellent organization skills and the ability to handle interruptions and adjustments to priorities. Some duties may include:
- Client communication
- Filing, faxing, copying and mailing items, and performing other clerical work - Creating and maintaining files - Must be extremely well organized, flexible, multi-task oriented, and have outstanding follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Fully computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and under supervision
Starting salary is $17/hour based on experience (non-negotiable) and office hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
